Return & Refund Policy
Order Changes Prior To Dispatch
Please check your order carefully prior to payment and confirmation at checkout.
If you require order changes, please contact us via email as soon as possible as we will make every attempt to modify your order before being dispatched, however our ability to do so will depend on how far your order has progressed.
Returns
At Bulimba Home we are happy to accept exchanges (subject to stock availability) or refunds of products for change of mind. If you would like to make a return, please email us at hello@bulimbahome.com.au within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Please include in your email to us; name of purchaser, proof of purchase (order number) and you that you purchased the product(s) within 14 days prior to the request for an exchange or refund;
The products are in their original undamaged condition (including padded delivery box) with all product tags intact (if applicable), unwashed, undamaged and or tampered with;
The products are not sale items, custom-made, special buy products or gift vouchers; and
You have provided proof of purchase (Order Number) and you purchased the products within 14 days prior to the request for an exchange or refund; and
You have complied with the requirements above.
We will not cover the costs of delivery or re-delivery for a change of mind return. You must cover these yourself.
You may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see below) in addition to this clause.

Sale Items
Bulimba Home will not accept returns on sale items unless they are have deemed faulty post discussion with our customer care team, have written detail of fault and photographs of faulty product. All sale items for clearance and discounted stock are final; therefore, no exchanges can be processed. Please choose carefully.
Faults
We ensure our quality of design and workmanship is of the highest standards before dispatch, with every piece quality-checked prior to packaging, but if an issue does arise please do not hesitate to contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order, along with your order number, details and photos of the faults.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms attempts to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Consumer Law. Any and all other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law are expressly excluded where permitted, except to the extent such warranties and conditions are fully expressed in these Terms.
Where you return products to us to seek an Australian Consumer Law remedy, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of you returning the products to us.
Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs and, depending on the failure, either dispatch a new or repaired replacement product or refund you the Price of the relevant product.
